Position Details

• Type: Full Time – Entry-Level
• Reports To: Store Director and District Manager
• Directs: All Liquor Associates

Daily Operations

• Providing exceptional service in a clean and friendly atmosphere
• Scheduling and supervising liquor associates, merchandising, controlling shrink, pricing, inventory, and product rotation
• Establishing cleaning routines for display cases, backroom areas, and coolers

Company Standards

• Maintaining a well-trained staff and effective communication
• Adhering to product shelf life guidelines
• Ensuring compliance with safety, sanitation, security policies, and legal regulations, including ID checks
• Following cash handling policies to minimize discrepancies
• Observing dress code and wearing name tags

Physical and Basic Requirements

Must be able to lift 60 lb. boxes, exert force frequently, and handle materials safely. Ability to stand, move, and use sharp instruments safely is essential. Good vision and hearing are required, along with physical stamina for various tasks.
