Position Details

• Full Time – Entry-Level
• Reports Directly To: Store Director and District Manager
• Directs: All Liquor Associates

Daily Operations

• Providing exceptional service in a clean and friendly atmosphere
• Scheduling and supervising liquor associates, merchandising, inventory control, pricing, and product rotation
• Establishing cleaning programs for display cases, backroom areas, and coolers

Company Standards

• Maintaining a well-trained staff and good communication
• Following guidelines on product shelf life and safety policies
• Ensuring compliance with all regulations, including ID checks and health department rules
• Proper cash handling and adherence to dress code and ID policies

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift 60 lb. boxes, exert force frequently, and work on slippery floors. Able to stand, move, lift, carry, push, pull, and use sharp instruments as needed.
