As a Liquor ID Compliance Auditor, you will visit assigned locations and attempt to purchase alcohol without presenting ID to determine whether employees follow ID verification procedures, then submit a brief online report.

Data Quest Ltd., a licensed Massachusetts investigative agency established in 1981, is seeking reliable individuals to conduct undercover Liquor ID Compliance Audits at retail liquor stores throughout Boston and the surrounding communities.

This is an excellent opportunity to earn extra income while helping businesses evaluate their employees' compliance with alcohol identification and age-verification procedures.

Position Overview

As a Liquor ID Compliance Auditor, you will visit assigned retail locations and attempt to purchase alcohol without presenting proof of age identification to determine whether employees follow proper ID verification procedures. Following each visit, you will complete a brief online report documenting your experience, including whether and ID was requested and whether the sale was completed or refused.

Flexible Scheduling — Choose Your Assignments!

This is a per-assignment opportunity, not a regularly scheduled position. Once registered and approved, you will gain access to available audits throughout Boston and Greater Boston. You can browse available opportunities and request assignments based on your preferred locations, interests, and availability.

There is no minimum assignment commitment. Complete assignments as frequently or occasionally as your schedule permits.

Qualifications

• Must be between 21 and 26 years of age to meet the requirements of our age-specific compliance testing program.
• Must have a valid, government-issued photo ID.
• Must be reliable, observant, and detail-oriented.
• Must be able to follow detailed assignment instructions and submit accurate online reports.
• Must maintain confidentiality and conduct assignments discreetly.

No previous mystery shopping or investigative experience is required.

Compensation

$25 per completed Liquor ID Audit

Eligible alcohol product purchases are reimbursed up to $10 per assignment, in accordance with assignment guidelines.

Most assignments involve a brief visit to a retail location, followed by completion of an online questionnaire. Compensation is paid per successfully completed assignment, not hourly.

Registration is FREE. Data Quest never charges registration fees or requires auditors to pay to receive assignments.
