Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, CS, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years in Business Systems Analyst or similar role supporting technology initiatives.
• Liquidity, Capital Markets, or Treasury knowledge preferred.
• Strong SQL and data analysis experience with large data sets.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and specs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with Agile methods and Jira/Confluence

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business processes and data flows into clear requirements, user stories, and specs.
• Partner with Treasury, Finance, Risk, Product, and Tech teams to drive tech delivery.
• Analyze data and ensure solutions align with business objectives and quality standards.
• Manage dependencies across platforms to drive alignment and automation.
• Help prioritize features, enhancements, defects, and technical work.
