Job summary

Goldman Sachs in Salt Lake City is seeking an Analyst to join Corporate Treasury's Liquidity Execution team. You will help manage the firm’s liquidity pool across currencies and instruments, work with the global funding group, and support day-to-day liquidity risk monitoring.

You will analyze new business initiatives, coordinate with developers on liquidity tools, and contribute to funding strategies that optimize capital while maintaining risk controls.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of Treasury or finance experience in a major financial institution.
• Ability to interact with people across departments and levels of seniority.
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Basic understanding of liquidity risk metrics and liquidity management.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, fixed income and funding products.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing and optimizing the Firm’s liquidity pool across currencies and instruments.
• Work closely with global funding team, trading desks, and other divisions.
• Monitor and execute to meet key liquidity risk metrics on a day-to-day basis.
• Structure intercompany transactions to optimize liquidity across the Firm.
• Analyze new business initiatives and products for funding impact.
• Coordinate with developers to create and enhance liquidity management tools.
