Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation’s Liquidity Risk Management team seeks a detail‑driven Liquidity Risk Analyst II in Charlotte to manage key liquidity metrics and support governance and strategy across wholesale funding and liquidity planning. You will work with ALM, Corporate Treasury, and Risk Management partners to monitor funding conditions and forecast needs.

Requirements include a finance or economics degree and 4+ years in financial services, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or higher in finance, accounting, business administration, or economics.
• 4+ years of financial services experience.
• 2+ years in an analyst or reporting role within finance or accounting.
• Fundamental understanding of the key tenets of Liquidity Risk Management (RegYY, RegWW, SR Letters).
• Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment.
• Prior risk management or leadership experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily funding execution across the wholesale funding stack (e.g., Federal Funds, repos, CDs, bank notes).
• Support daily monitoring and reporting of wholesale funding positions, funding costs, and market access conditions.
• Contribute to liquidity and funding coordination with ALM, Liquidity Risk Management, and Corporate Treasury partners.
• Support daily and monthly forecasting of funding metrics and maturities.
• Assist with cost-of-funds analysis and funding strategy modeling.
• Maintain governance and controls for assigned responsibilities and documentations.
