Fragile is a fast-growing startup redefining how customers access consumer hardware through seamless rentals. As a Warehouse Associate in Greenfield, IN, you will perform detailed inspections of returned equipment, test basic functionality, photograph assets, and help prepare items for sale.

You will maintain an organized, safe workspace, move inventory as needed, and collaborate with the team to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory management, or equipment refurbishment is required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential.
• Effective verbal communication for team collaboration is required.

Responsibilities

• Execute detailed inspections of returned equipment and materials to determine functional status.
• Test basic functionality (power on, component check).
• Document and capture clear photographs of assets, highlighting any cosmetic defects.
• Pick, pack, and label sold items.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Physically move and stock inventory, tools, and supplies as required.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Follow all detailed instructions and safety protocols diligently.

Physical Requirements

• Physical capability to safely lift and move objects weighing 50 lbs or more consistently throughout the workday.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
