Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Production Operator position or similar.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Leads, trains, and coaches production staff to meet requirements.
• Organizes operators' daily responsibilities and acts as communicator during meetings.
• Tracks and reports daily metrics to meet timelines and goals.
• Setup and operates Liquid Packaging equipment (piston fillers, monobloc filler, drum agitator, label, tape, laser encoders).
• Ensures safety, quality, and cGMP compliance; supports monthly inventories.
