Job summary

Energy Transfer LP is seeking a midstream operations professional to operate and maintain plant facilities, including compressors, pumps, piping, and related equipment. The role emphasizes safe, compliant, and efficient operation of gas processing and treating units.

You will monitor, adjust, and troubleshoot systems while ensuring adherence to environmental and safety standards. The position requires a high school diploma, with 0–4+ years of experience depending on level.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of EPA, DOT, RRC, OSHA, NEC, AGA, API and GPA requirements.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills to interface with our customer base.
• Some college or technical trade school is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, and maintain equipment and systems at plant facilities.
• Seek to optimize processing through facility by maintaining proper product specifications.
• Respond to alarms and problems within the plant and take corrective measures.
• Monitor and control pressures, temperatures, flow rates, and levels to achieve desired results.
• May monitor field compressor status through SCADA and perform related tasks.
