Responsibilities include:

1. Traveling % to %, mostly in Wisconsin.
2. Creating Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams and Process Flow Diagrams.
3. Planning and designing fluid food processing systems and/or entire food processing plants.
4. Overseeing and participating in fluid food process projects from start to finish.
5. Communicating with employees, customers, and vendors.
6. Determining proper pumps, valves, and piping.
7. Participating in purchasing and requisitioning.
8. Participating in the quoting process.
