Job summary

Mansfield Service Partners is seeking a Warehouse Worker for the Fort Worth, TX area. You will receive orders, operate a forklift, maintain inventory, and keep the shipping area organized and safe.

The role includes routine clerical, material handling, picking, counting, packaging, shipping, receiving, and distribution tasks. Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience and at least 6 months of forklift experience are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Working knowledge of replenishment material practices.
• Basic math skills to calculate tank/tote capacity during refilling.
• Ability to understand and support stocking activity using FIFO practices.
• Ability to cross-train to become proficient in material handling tasks and RF scanner equipment.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, demonstrate initiative and meet Lubes standards
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions; Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to consistently demonstrate behaviors consistent with Mansfield Service Partners core values.
• Good attendance, punctuality, and ability to perform work activities in a manner that is consistent with company policy.

Responsibilities

• Receiving incoming orders and using a forklift and other equipment as needed.
• Tracking and maintaining inventory levels and regular maintenance of the shipping area.
• Performing clerical, material handling, picking, counting, packaging, shipping, receiving, and distribution tasks.
• Verifying quantity and condition of material during picking/packing per tickets or POs.
• Using RF scanners to attach barcode tags to inventory.
• Reading sales orders or ticket instructions to determine work assignments and material needs.
