This role is critical to maintaining our high standards in production and ensuring our products meet quality and safety standards. As part of our team, you will be responsible for various tasks, working with a team to meet tight schedules and deadlines safely and efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Blends materials for production.
• Operate machines/forklifts safely and responsibly, ensuring OSHAstandards are met.
• Maintain an up-to-date forklift operator’s license.
• Transports samples to the lab for analysis.
• Monitor inventory of material in overhead bins.
• Support production lines as needed.
• Perform any duties necessary, as needed, to promote company growth.
• Regular and reliable attendance is essential to this role.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. occasionally and 10-50 lbs. frequently.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods, with frequent stooping, squatting, overhead lifting, and walking.
• Proficiency in counting and basic math skills.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as required.
• Must be able to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in agriculture, production, or a manufacturing environment is a plus.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Work environment includes a non-climate-controlled warehouse production facility, with frequent proximity to moving mechanical parts, product irritants/allergens, airborne particles, and outdoor weather conditions.
• Occasionally, tasks may involve working at heights, in confined spaces, and amidst moderate noise levels.
