Position: Manager, Business Development

You will support the entire new business process by identifying, qualifying, and responding to client opportunities. Join a talented, collaborative team passionate about brand-building and its global impact.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the end-to-end new business process across various opportunities, teams, and regions.
  • Developing strategic proposals and pitches with guidance from senior team members.
  • Designing lead generation and outreach strategies based on market news and trends.
  • Fostering relationships with prospects, industry leaders, and influencers to convert into business opportunities.
  • Collaborating with marketing, practice areas, and operations to develop case studies, submit awards, and optimize processes according to best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in new business development, preferably in consulting or professional services; experience in the creative industry is a plus.
  • Proven success in generating and nurturing new business opportunities.
  • Strong business writing, storytelling, and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
  • Strategic, creative, and detail-oriented in presenting information.
  • Experience with secondary research and developing tailored proposals.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability to different working styles and cultures, especially in Asia-Pacific.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools like Salesforce.
