A dishwasher is responsible for cleaning and maintaining all silverware, flatware, tools, and utensils in the kitchen. They also handle equipment maintenance, trash disposal, and sanitation. Additionally, they may assist prep cooks or chefs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Wash and organize all flatware, cups, glasses, silverware, utensils, and cookware (pots, pans, chafing dishes, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness of the dish pit and front 'expo' line
• Remove all garbage, including used cooking oil
• Stock cabinets with clean dishes
• Remove soiled linens
• Perform any other tasks required by chefs or managers
