Job summary

Qualifications

  • Working expertise in Linux systems administration.
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
  • U.S. Citizenship and U.S. residency required.

Responsibilities

  • Administers development, test and production servers, including reloading, re-imaging and debugging problems.
  • Installs, removes, and upgrades software packages on test, development, and production servers.
  • Performs daily monitoring of network systems, proactively ensuring functionality, connectivity, and load balance.
  • Troubleshoots systems and host environments, identifying faults, inconsistencies, and systemic issues.
  • Evaluates and implements solutions to ensure systems functionality and compliance with company standards.
  • Provides network and systems evaluation reports and maintains accurate documentation.
  • Assists systems users by creating instructional how‑to guides and by providing technical information and training.
