Qualifications

• Proficiency with Linux operating systems in a research or enterprise setting.
• Experience with automation and configuration-management tools to deploy and manage systems at scale.
• Familiarity with enterprise storage, monitoring data interpretation, and secure OS operations.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to support hardware/storage operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, deployment, operation and maintenance of services for HTC/HPC research computing.
• Oversight of high‑speed storage, networking, containers, monitoring and orchestration services.
• Engage with faculty and researchers; participate in broader research computing communities.
• Apply best practices in change management and security for complex environments.
• Contribute to observability and telemetry architecture across service lines.
