Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering or systems administration.
• Hands-on experience with Linux operating systems (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu).
• Experience with patch management tools (yum/dnf/apt).
• Vulnerability remediation and security best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across identity, virtualization, and storage layers.
• Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to clients.
• Experience with VMware or Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with automation/scripting (Bash, Python, Ansible).
• Experience with security and monitoring tools (Defender, Tenable).
• Linux certifications (RHCSA, RHCE, Security+).
• Experience supporting multi-site or hybrid environments.
• Prior consulting or professional services experience.

• Experience with vulnerability remediation and security best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills across identity, virtualization, and storage layers.
• Ability to communicate technical issues and solutions clearly to clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field OR an Associate’s degree (AA/AS) with equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with VMware or Hyper-V
• Familiarity with automation/scripting (Bash, Python, Ansible)
• Experience with security and monitoring tools (e.g., Defender, Tenable)
• Linux certifications (RHCSA, RHCE, Security+)
