Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company is seeking a DevOps Engineer / Linux Administrator to enhance enterprise Linux environments through automation, CI/CD, and system management. You will collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to improve deployment efficiency and reliability.

The role requires extensive Linux experience, automation skills, and strong scripting ability. You will work on secure, scalable platforms and contribute to hardening and automation

Qualifications

• 3+ years implementing, administering, and troubleshooting Linux in enterprise environments.
• Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Ansible Core, GitLab CI/CD, or similar.
• Strong scripting with Python or shell languages and automation experience.
• Experience with REST APIs, DNS/Networking, and secure environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise Linux environments.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions for Linux administration and CI/CD processes.
• Build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines to ensure secure deployments.
• Collaborate with developers, security, and operations to improve deployment efficiency.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Provide accurate work effort estimates and deliver results on time.
