Based in Miami, you'll engineer the platform supporting latency-sensitive trading and market data systems, working across Linux internals, Python, networking, hardware and observability. You'll work closely with software engineers, traders and researchers to improve performance, automate infrastructure and solve complex production problems.

What You'll Work On

The Opportunity

Work on infrastructure where performance improvements are visible in production and engineers are expected to understand systems deeply, not just keep them running.

You'll have ownership across design, automation, performance tuning and troubleshooting, with the scope to build Python tooling and dig into Linux, networking and hardware when solving problems. The environment is highly technical and collaborative, with direct exposure to software engineers, traders and researchers, plus an all-expenses-paid training program with engineering teams in Europe.
