It’s a proven system that equips entrepreneurs with the structure, strategy, and support they need to attract high-quality leads and close clients directly through LinkedIn.

We’re growing fast and need a dedicated LinkedIn Appointment Setter to support our outreach and lead generation efforts.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a sharp, social-savvy individual to join our team and take ownership of our LinkedIn inbox.

As our Appointment Setter, your mission is simple: engage with inbound and outbound prospects on LinkedIn and set them up in qualified chats with our sales team. You’ll be the first point of contact, warming up leads and moving them smoothly into the next step of our sales process — a high-value conversation that converts.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage our LinkedIn inbox, responding to DMs promptly and professionally
  • Warm up leads and qualify them for the next step in our chat-based sales process
  • Follow a proven outreach and follow-up framework to move prospects into booked chats
  • Track and update lead stages within our CRM system (we use Kondo)
  • Collaborate with the team to improve messaging and lead engagement strategies

Who You Are:

  • Based in Colombia with full-time availability (40 hours/week)
  • You have previous experience with LinkedIn outreach and using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • You’re confident in English (written and spoken) and can adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • You’re organized, responsive, and love building connections online
  • You have a proactive attitude and a strong desire to grow with a results-driven team

  • Have a background in sales, customer service, or marketing
