Position Overview

Flashscore is seeking a proactive Link Acquisition & Market Specialist to support our US and CA market operations. You will be responsible for local market research, link building, monthly business reporting, and rigorous checks of our web and app functionality—including betting elements—to ensure that Flashscore remains the go-to sports platform for US fans. This role is central in ensuring our offering is relevant, competitive, and delivers the industry-leading quality our users expect.

What can you expect from the position?

Link Building

• Develop, manage, and execute local link building strategies to grow Flashscore’s authority, visibility, and reach within the US digital landscape.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for high-quality backlinks through partnerships, outreach, content collaborations, and digital PR.

Local Market Research

• Monitor and analyze US and CA sports and sports betting market trends, user preferences, major competitors, and regulatory developments.

Platform Functionality Checks

• Execute monthly audits and user journey tests on the Flashscore website and mobile app to ensure all features, scores, and navigation tools work flawlessly for US users.

Monthly Market & Business Reporting

• Gather and analyze key performance metrics; prepare comprehensive monthly reports on market insights, product performance, and business developments.

Betting Elements Review

• Conduct regular reviews of betting integrations and related elements on the Flashscore web and app platforms to ensure accurate display, functionality, and compliance with US laws and regulations.

What do we expect from you?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing —or equivalent experience.
• Experience in market research, or digital sports/betting platforms.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Understanding of US sports and/or betting industry is strongly preferred.
• Passion for sports and digital product excellence.
• Knowledge of the US market and cultural dynamics.
• Background in the betting and sports industry is an advantage.
