Job description

Responsibilities

• Perform machine start-ups, shutdowns, changeovers and necessary adjustments to ensure processes are in control at all times.
• Perform daily machine inspections and perform preventive maintenance (PMs).
• Set up lining machines from a zero-state.
• Conduct line clearance activities with Quality Technicians.
• Troubleshoot machines and peripheral equipment as needed.
• Perform all activities safely, including the use of LOTO as required by company policy.
• Conduct safety inspections of equipment and tooling prior to use.
• Ensure safe operation of all equipment before turning it back over to running production after work is done.
• Enter data onto production and quality paperwork.
• Assist the CPO as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
