Job summary

Victoria’s Secret is seeking a Selling Associate to drive store sales and deliver exceptional customer service on the floor, at the cash wrap, and during replenishment and floorset activities.

You will engage customers, help them find the perfect bra fit, process transactions accurately, and maintain brand standards. A flexible schedule and physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and engagement with customers.
• Strong product knowledge in bras and lingerie.
• Ability to read customer cues and respond effectively.

Responsibilities

• Drives store sales by personally selling to customers.
• Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectively.
• Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions.
• Converting returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales.
• Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience at the Point of Sale.
• Reinforces customer buying decisions at checkout and encourages additional purchases.
• Maintains back room and replenishes stock to brand standards.
• Executes floorset activity and adheres to brand standards.
• Assists with housekeeping and maintenance to support store operations.
