Job summary

Skyservice is seeking a Ground Services Agent in Redmond, OR to support safe aircraft operations and customer service. You will fuel aircraft, marshal, tow, and provide essential ground services such as lavatory disposal, oxygen, and potable water, while ensuring fuel quality and safety procedures are followed.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, strong communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Aviation experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good communication skills required.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Being mechanically inclined is an asset.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to safely climb ladders.
• Able to work outside in various weather conditions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally entitled to work in the United States.
• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Safely marshalling in and out arriving and departing aircrafts, securing the aircraft and providing car valet service as necessary.
• Safely operate fuel trucks, fueling and completing aircraft orders.
• Conduct aviation/jet fuel quality tests and procedures.
• Document fuel quality and fueling equipment inspections.
• Tow aircraft in and out of hangars and on aprons/ramps.
• Provide ground services to aircrafts (lavatory waste disposal, oxygen, potable water, etc.).
• Ensure readiness and replenishment of anti-ice devices during winter activities.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct with customers and coworkers.
• Maintain cleanliness of facilities and equipment.
• Perform other duties as required.
