Job summary

Linen King Norman - HLSG is hiring a Linen Distribution Supervisor to lead onsite operations. This full-time role primarily covers first shift with flexibility for second shift to support staffing and operations.

You will oversee cart movements and linen service across hospital facilities, ensure safety and quality standards, and work with a diverse team to maintain timely deliveries.

Salary Range: $15.00 To $16.00 Hourly

This is a full-time, onsite Linen Distribution Supervisor position. While the primary schedule is first shift, this leadership role requires flexibility to work second shift as needed to support operations and ensure adequate staffing. PURPOSE : To provide quality service and products to our customers in a timely and professional manner.

JOB SUMMARY : Responsible for filling and moving carts to assigned areas within the hospital. Provides a superior level of linen service throughout the hospital in a friendly and timely manner. Must meet quality and safety standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Be on time

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

Cross-train in other positions per facility needs

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

• Be able to stand on feet up to 12 hours a day
• Be able to push/pull soil/clean carts weighing up to 800 lbs. (on wheels)
• Sufficient manual dexterity to build linen carts
• Must be able to consistently meet physical requirements such as bending, twisting, and pulling

Must be able to accurately perform simple mathematics
