Job summary

ROCKY MOUNTAIN CARE - SARATOGA MANAGER LLC is seeking a Laundry Aide to manage daily laundry operations, support the Environmental Services team, and ensure clean linen supply for residents.

The role requires basic math skills, good English communication, and prior long-term care or institutional laundry experience is preferred. The incumbent will follow safety procedures, PPE rules, and maintain hygiene standards in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and perform basic math computations as needed.
• Previous long-term care/institutional setting experience in housekeeping/laundry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily laundry services in collaboration with nursing services when performing routine assignments.
• Performs daily laundry functions as assigned and follows established laundry procedures.
• Maintains a high standard of personal presentation and hygiene.
• Ensures laundry equipment is used safely and kept in good working order.
• Distributes clean laundry to residents and designated areas daily or as instructed.
• Adheres to infection control policies and PPE requirements at all times.
