Job summary

Gabro Event Services in Largo, FL is seeking a Linen Operations Specialist to maintain clean, inspected linen inventory and ensure every item going out meets our quality standards. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role in our warehouse environment.

You will wash, inspect, sort, label, and package linens for events, while coordinating with the warehouse team to meet tight event-day deadlines. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred for customer and team communication.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail required.
• Basic computer skills to look up items and print labels.
• Experience with commercial laundry equipment or willingness to learn.
• Organized with ability to sort, label, and track inventories.
• Reliable with ability to meet deadlines during events.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Warehouse, linen, hotel housekeeping, or similar experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Wash, dry, and treat linens using commercial laundry equipment.
• Inspect every piece for stains, tears, burns, fraying, or sizing issues.
• Sort, fold, and package linens for upcoming events.
• Identify and look up products in inventory system and print labels.
• Flag damaged items for repair or retirement.
• Keep the linen area organized and inventory counts accurate.
• Collaborate with warehouse team to meet event-day deadlines.
