Job summary

EventWorks is seeking a Linen Associate in Nashville to manage washing, pressing, and organizing linen inventory for our full-service event rental operations. The role emphasizes quality control, timely preparation for client events, and adherence to safety procedures.

Responsibilities include washing, inspecting for stains or damage, sorting and staging linens, and returning cleaned inventory to storage. The position requires physical stamina and team collaboration in a fast-paced warehouse

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull for extended periods.
• Read and understand written instructions and order sheets.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Wash, dry, fold, and press linens according to Company standards.
• Inspect linens for stains, tears, damage, or quality concerns.
• Sort and organize linen inventory accurately.
• Pick, pull, and prepare linen orders for upcoming events.
• Return cleaned inventory to appropriate storage locations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and warehouse areas.
• Follow order sheets, inventory documentation, and written instructions accurately.
• Report damaged or missing inventory to leadership.
• Operate laundry and pressing equipment safely and appropriately.
