Job summary

Panache Events in Pompano Beach, FL is seeking a hands-on Linen Production Specialist & Industrial Sewer in our warehouse. You will split your time between sewing tasks—running commercial sewing machines, fixing damaged fabrics, and sewing in tracking tags—and helping out with daily laundry operations.

The role combines textile work with laundry duties, including inspecting linens, loading washers and irons, folding and labeling by size and fabric, and ensuring inventory tags remain accurate for

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience operating industrial/commercial sewing machines, sergers, and/or embroidery equipment.
• Understanding of fabric types and appropriate needle/tension settings.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift 30–40 lbs, and manage inventory tags.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, patch, hem, and repair torn or damaged rental inventory (tablecloths, napkins, runners, drapes).
• Sew RFID tracking tags into linens securely.
• Operate washers, dryers and ironers during peak times.
• Fold, label, and pack linens by size, color and fabric type per SOP.
