Job summary

The role supports a range of incidental duties, maintains workflow across stations, and contributes to a safe, efficient linen processing operation in a hospital-affiliated setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with industrial ironing or laundry processing.
• Ability to identify stains, tears, holes during inspection.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced linen processing environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and feed linen into ironer; fold, bundle, and place on conveyors or carts.
• Feed linen into the ironer and monitor quality.
• Catchers fold and stack items in bundles as directed.
• Move empty baskets and manage rejects and sorted linen.
• Notify lead worker of equipment or linen problems.
