Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Laundry Supervisor to oversee the cleaning of linens for rooms, kitchens, and restaurants, ensuring laundered, dried, and folded items meet the highest cleanliness standards. The role may include administrative duties and Laundry Attendant tasks as needed.

The position supports daily laundry procedures, policies, and guest satisfaction, with responsibilities spanning supervision, training, and adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have housekeeping/laundry experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Able to lead a staff of housekeepers.
• Excellent attention to detail to maintain cleanliness.
• Able to communicate problems in English to supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Housekeeping Manager with daily duties.
• Ensure staff report on time, well-groomed, and in proper attire.
• Develop and implement schedules and conduct guidelines for staff.
• Train staff on policies, safety, and sanitation.
• Manage guest relations and the lost and found process.
• Follow all policies and report maintenance issues as needed.
• Maintain a clean work area and support other duties as assigned.
