Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Linen Operations Manager to lead and optimize linen services in healthcare facilities. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, and providing training to EVS teams and clinical staff.

The position involves collaboration with EVS leadership, regulatory compliance, and coordinating staffing to ensure efficient linen distribution and safety across the facility.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of operations/management experience, preferably laundry operations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, email, and ordering platforms.
• Must be willing to relocate for promotion opportunities.
• Many healthcare facilities require employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have an approved exemption in place.
