Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Laundry Supervisor to oversee linen cleaning for rooms, kitchens, and restaurants, ensuring laundered, dried, and folded items meet top cleanliness standards. Responsibilities include supervising staff and enforcing daily laundry procedures, with potential to perform additional attendant duties when needed.

This role reports to the Housekeeping Manager and requires leadership, reliability, and prior laundry/housekeeping experience to maintain exceptional guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or laundry experience.
• Ability to lead a staff and enforce standards.
• Strong attention to detail to maintain cleanliness.
• Able to communicate issues in English to supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Housekeeping Manager with daily duties.
• Ensure staff report on time, are well-groomed and in proper attire.
• Assist in scheduling, duties, appearance, and conduct of staff.
• Aids in training on policies, safety and sanitation.
• Maintain guest relations and manage lost-and-found items daily.
• Report to work on time and in proper uniform.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Report maintenance problems related to equipment.
• Follow security, safety and emergency procedures.
• Maintain a clean and clear work area at all times.
• Be a great teammate and support others.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or manager.
