Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Laundry Attendant to perform laundry cleaning tasks in accordance with brand standards and sustainability goals, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. You will sort, pre-treat, load and unload washers and dryers, fold and store linens, maintain equipment, and work safely.

Responsibilities

• Sort, count, and pre-treat soiled linen for laundering.
• Load and unload washers and dryers.
• Maintain equipment as trained.
• Fold, store and distribute towels and linens.
• Practice safe work habits and wear protective safety equipment.
• Assist with other housekeeping tasks during staffing shortages.
• Maintain clean work areas.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work to improve them.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
