HHM Hotels is seeking a Laundry Attendant to perform linen cleaning in line with brand and sustainability standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

You will sort, pre-treat, load washers/dryers, fold and distribute towels and linens, and operate cleaning equipment while maintaining safety.

Experience in housekeeping is desirable; opportunities for growth from Room Attendant to Housekeeping Supervisor are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Sort, count, and pre-treat soiled linen for laundering.
• Load and unload washers and dryers.
• Maintain equipment as trained.
• Fold, store and distribute towels and linens.
• Practice safe work habits and wear protective safety equipment.
• Assist with other housekeeping tasks during staffing shortages.
• Maintain clean work areas.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work to improve scores.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
