Job summary

Bronson Healthcare in Mattawan is seeking a part-time Laundry Associate to maintain clean and sanitary laundry areas and deliver linens to patient rooms. The role supports the Nutrition & Environmental Services team under supervision and requires reliable, English-speaking communication and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities include laundering linens, stocking and delivering items, and coordinating activities with the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English (verbal and written) with department staff and customers.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle heavier tasks as needed.
• Maintain clean and sanitary laundry areas and deliver linens.

Responsibilities

• Launder facility linens and patient personal clothing.
• Deliver and stock linen to assigned rooms and areas.
• Keep lobbies, rooms, restrooms and work areas clean and orderly.
• Coordinate laundry activities with supervisor and other staff.
