Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Bag Handler to load bags of soiled linen, transfer slings and carts, and assist at sort/count workstations. The role is a Monday–Friday 5:00 am–1:30 pm schedule with some Saturday work after a holiday.

The position pays $19.29 per hour and is non-exempt. Responsibilities include meeting safety and efficiency standards, following supervision instructions, and performing other tasks as needed in a production laundry environment.

• Recognize colors and sizes and count accurately.
• Meet the physical requirements of the job.
• Comprehend and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Lift and load bags of soiled linen onto rail/conveyor systems.
• Transfer slings/bags/carts to other departments.
• Assist sort/count workstations as needed.
• Meet efficiency and safety standards for the position.
