Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder for the Rental Division. You will fold customer product, count folded items, and prepare bundles for delivery while keeping the work area clean.

The role offers a performance-based incentive pay structure and a potential uplift for meeting production standards. The position is on second shift with competitive hourly pay and eligibility for additional incentives up to $3.00 per hour based on productivity.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment where there are time pressures to complete work quickly.
• Requires standing for most of shift.
• Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities.
• May require pushing carts or bins full of bulk or linen product to station to prepare for folding.
• Having a criminal history does not automatically disqualify candidates from employment.
