Job summary

NOVO Health Services is seeking a Folder to direct and manage Hand Folders as items come from the washer or ironer, folding, stacking, and placing them on carts for the next stage.

The role requires a high school education or GED, 1–2 years in manufacturing or service, strong customer service and organizational skills, and the ability to lift up to 20 pounds and work in a noisy, fast-paced environment. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Education or GED; formal education/training preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or service.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, and stack items; lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage Hand Folders as items exit the washer/ironer.
• Fold, stack, and place items on carts or tables for the next stage.
• Group fold for larger items; form stacks of three or five where appropriate.
• Fill carts consistently and maintain quality and safety standards.
• Adhere to safety procedures and assist with other duties as assigned.
