Job summary

Virtua Health in Mount Holly, NJ is seeking a Per Diem Environmental Services Attendant to maintain a safe and sanitary linen environment in a busy hospital setting. This on-site, part-time role trains in linen handling, cart stocking, and waste disposal while supporting patient and staff needs.

Responsibilities include checking in linens, delivering to storage, maintaining par levels, logging usage, and performing quality checks.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to speak English required.

• Safely handles and disposes of regulated medical waste, and other trash.
• Responsible for proper chemical usage and maintaining a safe environment, including storage of chemicals.
• Other duties as assigned.
• May assume Environmental Services as required.
• May be required to work in other facilities as assigned.

Position Qualifications Required / Experience Required: Prior customer service experience preferred. Ability to speak English required.

Required Education: HS diploma or GED preferred.

Hourly Rate: $17.30 - $20.67 The actual salary/rate will vary based on applicant's experience as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
