CORE Linen is hiring immediately for a full-time Linen Distribution Technician at Advocate IL Masonic Medical Center in Chicago. Schedule is 2PM–10:30PM with rotating weekends; position pays $18/hour.

The Linen Transporter ensures linen carts are stocked, handles heavy loads, and records inventory. Responsibilities include delivering clean linen to hospital departments, collecting soiled carts, taking orders, and maintaining the linen room.

Competenze

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and push/pull a wheeled cart of up to 650 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and possibly holidays.
• Background check required.

Mansioni

• Build clean, organized linen carts to maintain par levels.
• Deliver clean linen to hospital departments.
• Pick up all soiled carts from all floors (second shift).
• Take and fill orders from hospital staff.
• Maintain linen room cleanliness (sweep, mop, pick up).
• Align and stage carts as needed.
• Duties are not limited to described duties.
