Crown Health Care Laundry Services, Inc. is seeking a Linen Distribution Technician to ensure daily duties are performed safely, timely, and efficiently at our Mississippi facility.

You will work under the Linen Distribution Manager to deliver clean linen, collect soiled linen, and maintain accurate inventories in a neat, organized linen room. The role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication, and responsiveness to customer calls, with a focus on safety and adherence to Crown policies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clean linen and collect soiled linen; record inventories and par levels; keep storage areas neat and orderly.
• Receive customer service calls and satisfy requests per Crown policies.
• Observe and report linen abuse and poor utilization.
• Manage and maintain linen inventory levels.
• Inventory exchange carts and restore to prescribed par levels; transport carts safely.
• Inventory top-off carts and restore to par levels.
• Record data using tablets or order sheets.
• Collect soiled linen and transport to soiled storage.
• Keep the linen room neat and orderly.
