Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect clean/soiled linen, maintaining neat storage areas.
• Record inventories and quantities of linen using tablets or order sheets.
• Receive service calls and respond professionally per Crown policies.
• Monitor linen abuse and report issues to the Linen Distribution Manager (LDM).
• Maintain inventory levels and replenish top-off carts to par levels.
• Transport carts safely to designated areas and ensure proper par level stock.
• Maintain a clean, organized linen room and adhere to safety procedures.
• Assist with other duties as assigned or needed.
