• Deliver clean linen in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Collect soiled linen and transport to soiled storage room.
• Record inventories and quantities of linen accurately.
• Organize and clean linen storage areas per Crown policies.
• Receive customer calls for service and log requests.
• Observe and report linen abuse or poor utilization.
• Manage linen inventory levels.
• Inventory exchange carts and return to par levels; transport carts safely.
• Record data using tablets or order sheets.
• Be willing to work with both clean and soiled linen.
