Qualifications

• Knowledge of sewing techniques and ability to operate sewing machines.
• Ability to read patterns, alter garments and repair linen and clothing.
• Willingness to follow written and oral instructions and work with others.

Responsibilities

• Operate washers, dryers, mangles, pressers and irons.
• Sew by hand or machine, mend, alter and repair clothing and linen items.
• Prepare items for delivery and maintain clean work area.
• Maintain sewing materials and manage inventory for assigned area.
