Responsibilities

• Receives and sorts, soiled linen into designated classifications.
• Operates automatic cart washer and removes linen carts from exit.
• Operates flatwork ironer and small piece folders; folds linen per standards.
• Responsible for quality control and ensuring linen meets customer expectations.
• Refer questions or issues to lead or supervisor as needed.
• Label and tag linen distribution carts; cover carts before transport.
• Fold and store linen to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Assist truck driver to load linen and materials onto the truck.
• Inform lead or supervisor on par level or quantity of supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of the work area.
