Job summary

Golden Nugget Las Vegas is seeking a Linen Attendant to handle the retrieval of soiled linen, processing, and distribution of clean linen across hotel operations. The role emphasizes operating laundry machines, sorting linens, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace.

• Operate washing machines and dryers per standards.
• Load and unload laundry efficiently.
• Remove and sort soiled linens from carts.
• Wash and dry towels, linens and rags as directed.
• Sort linen by item, color and size.
• Store and stock linens according to standards.
• Pre-treat stained linen prior to washing.
• Clean and maintain dryer filter and equipment.
• Sweep and mop laundry floors.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area within your zone.

Responsibilities

• Effectively operate washing machines and dryers.
• Load and unload laundry according to standards.
• Remove and sort dirty linens and towels from laundry carts.
• Wash and dry all dirty linens, towels, rags, etc. as directed.
• Sort all hotel linen according to item, color, size, etc.
• Store & Stock linens properly according to standards.
• Pre-treat stained linen before washing.
• Clean and maintain dryer filter and other equipment as trained.
• Sweep and mop laundry floors.
• Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
