Responsibilities:

• Install and repair fiber/telecom cables, ensuring reliable service
• Operate equipment like bucket trucks, digger derricks, excavators safely
• Use hand and power tools safely
• Maintain safe work areas and traffic flow
• Work at heights using climbing hooks and ladders
• Support and guide team members
• Travel for storm response as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• At least 18 years old
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma, GED, or relevant experience
• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable record
• Valid CDL license or willingness to obtain
• Minimum of three years relevant Lineman experience

Physical Abilities & Exposures:

• Work at heights, in confined spaces, remote locations, climb stairs, use ladders, bend, stoop, stand, walk, lift up to 55 lbs, operate machinery
• Occasionally use keyboard and mouse

Compensation:

Starting at $25/hour based on experience, plus a $2000 sign-on bonus.
