Ervin Cable Construction, LLC is seeking a Lineman II Telecom to install and repair fiber and telecom cables, ensuring safe, reliable service. You will safely use tools, maintain work areas, and be prepared to travel for storm response. A CDL and 3+ years of Lineman experience are preferred, with a US work authorization.

This role is field-based with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and willingness to obtain a CDL

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
• Valid state driver’s license with an acceptable record.
• Valid state CDL license or willingness to obtain one.
• Minimum of three years of relevant Lineman experience.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair complex fiber/telecom cables and materials; promptly fix issues to ensure reliable service.
• Safely use hand and power tools such as wrenches, drills, and saws.
• Maintain safe work areas to ensure smooth traffic flow on site.
• Safely work at heights using climbing hooks and ladders.
• Provide guidance and support to others as needed.
• Be ready to travel for storm response on short notice.
• Other duties as assigned.
