Job summary

Triple-D Communications, LLC is seeking a Lineman I Telecom to install and maintain fiber and telecom lines, working with experienced linemen to ensure safe, reliable service. Expect to assist with overhead installations, use hand and power tools, and maintain safe work areas.

Travel for storm response may be required on short notice; high school diploma or GED and valid US driver’s license are required. This is a hands-on role in a dynamic field service team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean record.
• Construction experience in telecommunications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of fiber and telecom cables overhead and promptly repair issues to ensure reliable service.
• Safely use hand tools and power tools like wrenches, drills and saws.
• Maintain safe work areas to keep traffic flowing on site.
• Safely work at heights using climbing hooks and ladders.
• Be ready to travel for storm response on short notice.
• Other duties as assigned.
